Graduate in Food Science and Technology and PhD in Industrial Chemistry from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA).

Professional with more than 20 years of experience in the Food Industry, specialized in the development and industrial implementation of food formulas and quality and food safety management systems. Founding partner of the company Tecnología Alimentaria Rioplatense SRL, responsible for general and quality management. Member of the Board of Directors of the Argentine Association of Food Technologists and partner of IFT (Institute of Food Technologists). Teacher, mother and professional passionate about the development and creation of healthy foods in a sustainable way.

Eng. Clara Ruiz Calderon

Food engineer from the National University of Quilmes (UNQ).

Extensive experience in consumer goods companies as a project leader in business development from the engineering area, project feasibility analysis, supervision and optimization of production processes. Enough experience in product development as well as papakaginy in plant management. Founding partner of the company Trinat Foods SRL, responsible for operations management, logistics and the commercial area. Mother passionate about healthy eating and process optimization. Food Engineer.

Eng. Bárbara Tavella

Food engineer from the National University of Quilmes (UNQ).

More than 15 years of professional experience, initially specializing in quality management and continuous improvement, and later in project development. Managing Partner at Trinat Foods SRL, leading the R&D, production and marketing of extruded, gluten-free and healthy foods for the national and international market. Distinguished career in leadership in multinational companies, directing engineering projects, forming work teams and suppliers to guarantee high quality standards and the achievement of objectives. Deep commitment to the environment and the community, focused on contributing to companies that seek to make a difference in the food industry.
